This lifestyle portal is part of the SIF's growing network of online sites to promote engagement with tourists and the expats community. As the editor of this website, my role is to ensure that content is regularly updated and aggregated as well as to check on the site's traffic. I also worked with creative agencies to purchase and track media buys for the site's promotion.

The Singapore International Foundation is a non-profit organisation founded in 1991. As part of the SIF's New Media strategy, a more interactive website was introduced in 2009. My role as project lead and information architect was to develop a more refined and search-engine friendly taxonomy.

Rednano was designed to provide local searchers with the quickest and most relevant results to their queries, via a federated search architecture. This was an interesting project for me as it allowed me to learn a lot about Search Engine development, information architecture plus Web technologies such as AJAX.

This site was already fully operational when I joined but editorial content was minimal so I was tasked to supply engaging news stories instead. ZDNet Asia is one of the few remaining business tech sites in Asia, a testament to the site's ability to continually keep up with developments in the technology field.

CNET made an early transition into Web 2.0, introducing features like social bookmarking and online voting to promote user participation. My role here, in addition to maintaining a massive database of products, was to create content and add metadata to improve search engine visibility.
